The prefect room is very dusty. And everytime I walk past the prefect room, this phrase "as dull as lead (Pb)" would invade my mind. No idea how this came about. Anyway, the emphasis is that the prefect room looks too dusty for MY habitation. I suppose prefects have special characteristics like extra nose hair to filter out all the dust to make them want to be cooped up in there all day long...
